| Funds contributed to the Endowment Fund are managed by The Oregon Community
Foundation.
Bequests and other forms of planned gifts are a major
source of endowment support with each legacy contributing
to increased stability in legal aid funding. The
Oregon Community Foundation can provide guidance on all
aspects of estate planning.
Planned Gifts include life income plans (pooled income
funds, annuities, and trusts), as well as lead trusts,
bequests, real estate, tangible personal property, closely
held stock, life insurance, and remainder interest in a
home or farm.

The Circle was created in 2004 to recognize those
individuals who have included the Endowment Fund in their
estate plans. The foresight of the
current members
of the Legacy Partners Circle allows legal aid to focus on
the challenges ahead, secure in the knowledge of the
availability of future resources.
